1. Client agrees
to pay TECH PRO SERVICE LLC. when the client’s equipment is returned or at the end of the service call.
2.
Client must pay for any parts or materials before TECH PRO SERVICE LLC. orders them or supplies them.
3. Any repairs not paid for or computers and or equipment not picked up after 14 days of the completion of the work
will accrue a $50.00 late fee!
4. Any repairs not paid for or computers and or equipment
not picked up after 30 days of the completion of the work will become property of TECH PRO SERVICE LLC!
5. TECH PRO SERVICE LLC. is not obligated to inform client when work is complete.

If the client brings any computer and or equipment to TECH PRO SERVICE LLC., the client is responsible for picking it up.
7. TECH PRO SERVICE LLC. will only make 2 attempts at returning the clients computer(s) and equipment after
that client is responsible for picking it up.
8. Clients requesting remote support must provide
TECH PRO SERVICE LLC. with a valid credit/debit card before the session starts.
9.
TECH PRO SERVICE LLC. Is not responsible for any loss of data while working on the client’s equipment. It is the
clients responsibility to back up there data before work is to be performed.
10. TECH PRO
SERVICE LLC. is not to be held responsible for any loss or damages as a result of equipment down time or data loss.
